OnlineAudioEdit is a free, browser-based audio editing tool. All audio processing is performed locally within your browser using standard web APIs. You are solely responsible for the files you import, edit, and export using the Service, including ensuring you have the legal right and copyright compliance for all audio content. Audio files that you import and edit remain your property. OnlineAudioEdit does not claim any ownership or rights over your content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineAudioEdit and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all browsers and devices.
6. Third-Party Services & Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads. Your interaction with any third-party advertisement or linked website is governed by that third party's own terms and privacy policies. 7. DMCA & Copyright Complaints
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content available through OnlineAudioEdit infringes upon your copyright, please contact us at support@onlineaudioedit.com with the following information:
